• Execution and monitoring of Operation batch maps

• Ensure all SLA are met by ensuring all daily deliverables are met as well as monitoring any high risk jobs/cycles closely in order to mitigate any negative impact as well as sending alerts, statuses or escalations if the situation should require.

• Communication with all the respective team

• Initial Investigation of batch failures/issues /rejects

• 2+ yrs UNIX operating systems experience. 

• 2+ yrs SQL/PLSQL experience. 

• Excellent communication skills

• Colloquial and written English – advanced level
